Login Help

1. Passwords are case sensitive. So make sure to use the same case as when you signed up.
It is best to use all lower case.

2. Make sure your web browser's
security is set to "Medium". If you have Explorer,
just go "Tools", "Internet Options" then "Security" and make sure it is set to Medium.

3. We highly recommend you use Internet Explorer 5.5 or above. 
You can get it free here.

4. If you have a firewall or other security software, try turning that off.

4. To check if your membership expired, go here and press 
"I forgot my password" to get your account status.

If none of that solves your problem, please email us, and we'll figure it out.
And if for some reason, we can't get things to work for you, we'll gladly give you a full refund.
